Available Positions

In this position, you will be responsible for various maintenance and contracting tasks throughout the many properties we manage. Contracting responsibilities involve carpentry, solving basic electrical and plumbing issues, as well as ensuring interior and exterior building components are in good condition, such as siding, paint, gutters, exterior wood, drywall, and lighting fixtures. Maintenance duties include pressure washing, window washing, exterior building cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, gutter cleaning and snow removal.

Small renovation projects
Carpentry
Basic electrical and plumbing maintenance
Interior and exterior painting
Pressure washing
Gutter and roof cleaning
Window washing
Snow removal
Requirements and Qualifications
5 years experience in the role of a general handy person
Carpentry experience
Capable of raising and lowering a 32' extension ladder
Working from heights (5-6 storey buildings)
Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
Reliable transportation
Must have a personal cellphone with data coverage in order to track hours with time management software
Mechanical aptitude is an asset
Prior experience operating a man lift is an asset
Criminal record check required
